SIMACO / 25 is thermal bonded non-woven textile with bicomponent polyester fibres appropriate for use in the area of industry filtration - particularly for use as a pre-filtration medium.

Product is characterized with a high tenderness of the filtrated particles and simultaneously low pressure loss which overcome the traditional non-woven fabric with horizontally laid fibres. These properties ensure even 2x more lenght of lifetime of the product and simultaneously energy saving.

The vertical orientation of the fibres in the product ensures higher resistance to the pressure too because the fibres are much more stressed for buckling and this is the reason the product SIMACO/25 is used for construction of mattress and upholstered furniture too.

- density 14,2 kg/m3
- thcikness of product 28 mm
- max width to 2200 mm
- supplied on rolls or in the required blanks
- thermal resistance of the filter material from -50°C till +100°C
- web is formed to the vertical folds with bearing fabric from 100% PES
- connection is ensured by the thermal process
- made from polyesther hollow fibres in combination with smaller amount of PES fibres which ensure cohesion
