The company Jilana, a. s.has a long tradition and the beginning of the establishment dates back to 18th century.
In 1774 Count Plm established a wool laundry in Maly Beranov.
In 1836 was the laundry reconstructed onto industrial base. In 1845 the Swiss company Schmidt and Norbel took over the factory with the woollen-stuff law.
In 1870 industrialists Adolf Löw and B.Schmall bought the factory. In late 1945 was the company for cloth and blankets nationalizated
and incorporated into Moravsko-slezske vlnařske závody.
On October 3 1949 it was appointed into isolated national enterprise JILANA,
which lasted until 1951. Since 1952 was the factory Jilana incorporated into national enterprise PARTEX. The early 90's disintegrated n.p. PARTEX and
on the December 1 1993 arises Jilana a.s.
Present:
In 2007 enters the new owners and leads to changes in the organization, reorganization of the production processes and impact on non-woven fabric markets.
The company provides a wide range of products from sheep wool with emphasis on ecology and continuous improvement of the properties and inovation existing products and development of next-generation products according to the latest customer requirements.
Thanks to unique Struto technology, verticaly layed fibres, the company gives the suits on the market the products with exceptional properties for upholstery, structural, transport and electrical industry.
Also produce and offers organic products very friendly to the environment and human body.
